Both issues are to take place in the fourth quarter. The target volume for the \"Industrial\" sub-fund is CHF 100 million, while CHF 30 million is planned for \"Residential\". The \"Residential PK\" is to raise a further CHF 40 million. The fund management company will announce details after the annual results as at June 30 are published.<\/p>\n<p>The gross assets of \"Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Industrial\" amount to around CHF 2 bn and, according to Procimmo, is the largest real estate fund in Switzerland listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, specializing in industry, commerce and logistics.
