Rental income rose from CHF 3.1 million to CHF 4.3 million, boosted not least by significantly lower losses due to vacancies. The operating result (from CHF 2.5 million to CHF 3.4 million) and net income (from CHF 1.3 million to CHF 2.2 million) improved similarly significantly. As the result from revaluation rose from CHF -0.5 million to CHF +2.2 million, total income increased from CHF 1.3 million to CHF 4.3 million. There were no purchases or sales.<\/p>\n<p>Prisma is managed by the Gefiswiss investment foundation from Lausanne.
