The issue is expected to raise CHF 56.2 million. Twelve existing units entitle the holder to subscribe to one new unit at an issue price of CHF 104.00 net each. The payment of the new shares is planned for October 18.<\/p>\n<p>The fund management intends to use the proceeds for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio and for investments in existing properties.
