The subscription period begins on November 11 and ends on November 22. The proceeds will be used to acquire additional properties and reduce the debt ratio.<\/p>\n<p>The PSO targets investments in attractive micro-locations and economically strong regional centers. The core portfolio consists of residential properties and real estate with a commercial component.
