La Fonci\u00e8re is raising its dividend slightly from CHF 20.70 to CHF 20.80. This puts the dividend yield on the share price at 1.99 percent, the fund says.<\/p>\n

The fair value of real estate assets increased by around five percent or CHF 61 million compared with the previous financial year. It now reaches CHF 1.278 billion.<\/p>\n

Mortgage debt increased from 17 to around 19 percent, but is still below the legal limit of 33 percent. Overall, net fund assets amount to CHF 904 million, compared with CHF 886 million in the previous year.<\/p>\n

La Fonci\u00e8re invests primarily in western Switzerland, and residential real estate accounts for the largest share of the portfolio at more than 60 percent.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
