According to entries in the land registry offices, Hansj\u00f6rg Wyss has purchased 15 properties in central locations through his family office Loreda. The transaction price is according to the report of the Handelszeitung<\/em> according to the report, at CHF 169 million.<\/p>\n

The sellers of the properties are the new owners of the fashion retailer Charles V\u00f6gele, the Italian group OVS and the investors Aspen Trust and Retails Investment.
