Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, the increase amounted to 4.0 %. This continues the<br \/>\nPrice recovery continues. However, the price is still 10.0 % below the peak of the first quarter of 2022, according to FPRE's analyses.<\/p>\n<p>Seven out of eight FPRE regions recorded rising prices for multi-family homes in Q2 2024. The price increases compared to the previous quarter are most pronounced in the regions of Eastern Switzerland (+2.0%), Basel and the Alpine region (+1.7% each) and Jura (+1.5%). Only in Southern Switzerland did prices stagnate (-0.3%).<\/p>\n<p>Stagnation in office real estate prices<\/p>\n<p>Prices for office properties in Switzerland remained virtually unchanged in Q2 2024 compared to the previous quarter, with a minimal decline of 0.2%. Compared to the<br \/>\nHowever, this results in a price increase of 4.0 % compared to the same quarter of the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>Developments vary from region to region: In the regions of Southern Switzerland (-4.9%), Zurich (-2.6%) and Eastern Switzerland (-0.5%), prices are lower than in the previous quarter.
