Accordingly, the fair value of the portfolio remained almost unchanged and amounted to CHF 1.54 billion as at March 31. Of this, CHF 101 million was attributable to projects (end of 2023: CHF 94 million). Total income decreased marginally from CHF 16.8 million to CHF 16.7 million and bank liabilities increased from CHF 610 million to CHF 619 million. NAV after IRFS increased from CHF 805 million to CHF 814 million.
