According to the company, a total volume of CHF 918 million was newly placed or extended. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/en\/unternehmen\/2023-02-10\/hyrock-platziert-2022-ueber-eine-milliarde-chf-an-hypotheken\/\">This means that Hyrock did not match the previous year's figure of CHF 1.05 billion. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to Hyrock, CHF 349 million of the volume was attributable to bridging and follow-up financing, which corresponds to an increase of just under 30% in this category. The average loan amount per transaction was CHF 5.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a moderate increase in margins, earnings have reached the previous year's level, Hyrock continued.
