Armasuisse is offering the city of Frauenfeld three properties on Unterer Graben for sale, including an office property. The purchase price is expected to total CHF 880,000. The transaction is related to the planned takeover of the city barracks by the city (IB reported).<\/a><\/p>\n

The property at Unterer Graben 14 is a three-storey solid building with a single-storey wooden extension. According to the city of Frauenfeld, it could be used for construction offices and project meeting rooms, among other things, in an initial phase. In a later phase, the building could be renovated and put to commercial use with a store on the first floor, according to the city.<\/p>\n

The other two properties are an open space with currently 13 parking spaces, which could later be converted into a meeting space, and an unheated property built with a single-shell masonry wall.
