The planned proceeds of up to CHF 16.5 million will be used to purchase residential and commercial properties in the cities of St. Gallen and Lucerne \"in the current buyer's market\", according to a recent press release. In addition, the level of debt financing will be reduced.<\/p>\n<p>The issue will be carried out on a commission basis as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland.
