By 2020, \"Entrep\u00f4ts\" could be home to 30,000 to 40,000 people. According to press reports, it is also envisaged that a good 1,300 CFF employees, who until now have worked around the Lausanne train station, will move into two office buildings planned for the site.<\/p>\n<p>The investment is estimated at CHF 150 million, 90 million of which will be covered by SBB-CFF. The building permits are expected to be issued in 2017.
