On the former industrial site between Discherheim and Cucina Arte in Solothurn, Steiner AG is planning a site development on behalf of the Seraina Invest investment foundation (formerly: Steiner Investment Foundation).<\/p>\n

There was a design plan from 2014, but this had to be revised. A new study commission came to the conclusion that a project proposal by Phalt Architekten and Ant\u00f3n Landschaft should be developed into a guideline project. The planners proposed six new buildings of different heights with open spaces between the buildings.<\/p>\n

The consultation process for the new design plan will run until November 16. Steiner expects the building permit to be issued in early 2024. The new housing estate could then be completed by mid-2027. (ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
