The dividend yield is practically unchanged at 3.30%.<\/p>\n<p>Net income for the financial year increased from CHF 12.2 million to CHF 12.4 million. Rental income increased by 3.16% to CHF 22.9 million and the rental loss rate improved from 3.19 to 2.68%. While realized net income remained almost stable at CHF 12.4 million, total income fell significantly from CHF 19.8 million to CHF 12.5 million. This was mainly due to the decline in the valuation result from CHF 8.2 million to CHF -0.4 million. The dividend per unit remains stable at CHF 5.20.
