The SFP Investment Foundation is satisfied with the performance of the fiscal year 2022. The investment group SFP AST Swiss Real Estate, which invests directly in Swiss real estate, achieved an investment return of 3.73%, the investment foundation reports.<\/p>\n

The SFP AST Global Core Property (Hedged CHF and Unhedged) investment groups, which invests in a global, diversified portfolio of non-listed, open-ended core real estate funds, report net returns of 2.4% (Class C) and -0.6% (Class B).<\/p>\n

SFP AST Swiss Real Estate with nine new acquisitions<\/h3>\n

The investment group has integrated nine properties in fiscal year 2022 and consists of 33 properties with a market value of CHF 536.0 million as of the balance sheet date (+39.5%). The vacancy rate is 1.1%, the WAULT is 6.5 years. Rental income increased significantly by 35.9% to CHF 18.8 million (previous year: 13.8 million).<\/p>\n

The assets under management of the investment group increased by CHF 151.9 million to CHF 562.1 million during the year. The investment return at the end of the year amounts to 3.73% (PY: 4.86%). In the first three years the investment group was accumulating, for the financial year 2022 there will be a distribution for the first time. It amounts to CHF 28.00 per unit.<\/p>\n

SFP AST Global Core Property holds its ground<\/h3>\n

Despite the stress factors in the financial markets and the widening of real estate yields, the global core approach was able to close the year on a positive note, according to SFP Investment Foundation. The SFP AST Global Core Property (Class C Hedged CHF) investment group generated a net total return of 2.4% in 2022. The investment foundation expects real estate valuations to stabilize in 2023, provided the interest rate environment calms down and a new real estate price level is formed.<\/p>\n

The total assets under management of the investment groups SFP AST Global Core Property amount to CHF 214.7 million. Thereof, CHF 181.4 million are attributable to the investment group SFP AST Global Core Property Hedged CHF and CHF 33.3 million to the investment group SFP AST Global Core Property.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
