Three areas will be developed by the owners independently and with their own focal points, according to the city. Three design plans are currently being drawn up for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>The real estate company Realstone, as one of the landowners, is developing the Bahnhofsaal design plan, which, according to the city, is the most advanced. Together with the office Nissen Wentzlaff Architekten, an indicative project with apartments and semi-public spaces on the first floors has been developed.
