To this end, the Burgdorf City Council approved the amendment of the basic building code in the area of the zone with planning obligation (ZPP) of the Bucher site on June 20. This means that the Abendrot Foundation can now develop a project. The amendment to the land use regulations will enable the foundation to erect an eight-story building in the center of the site as planned.<\/p>\n

The height of the superstructure had been discussed in advance with broad participation of the population, reports the Bernese newspaper<\/em>.
