He is now to be elected to head the BoD at the next Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Schwab, 50, is considered a proven real estate expert. He was CEO of the real estate service provider Wincasa from 2006 to 2012 and has headed Credit Suisse's Real Estate Investment Management Switzerland since 2012 and will continue to do so until spring 2017. After leaving the big bank, he will set up his own business as a real estate entrepreneur and professional board member.<\/p>\n<p>Schwab holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Bern and an MBA from Columbia University.
