It comprises four buildings with a total of almost 23,000 square meters of modern service areas, which are to be realized in two stages. The project, designed by Zug-based axess Architekten AG, will include a metal fa\u00e7ade with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces on the attic floors, and so-called \"energy piles\" for heating and cooling.<\/p>\n<p>Alfred M\u00fcller AG will invest around CHF 80 million in the project. \"As soon as we have leased part of the space, we will trigger the construction work,\" says Chairman of the Board Christoph M\u00fcller.
