There will be 85 condominiums with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms on the upper floors and office space for around 75 workplaces on the first floor to the third floor.<\/p>\n<p>A special feature of the garden high-rise are the planted terraces, which surround the apartments from several sides. By linking architecture and planting, the building is intended to appear as a unified organism - like a tree with a crown - and, through a careful choice of plants, to have its own colorfulness in every season. \"With the Aglaya garden tower, we are setting a new benchmark, not only for the Suurstoffi site, but also for the community of Risch Rotkreuz,\" says Pascal Arnold, head of marketing and member of the management of Zug Estates AG.<\/p>\n<p>Zug Estates expects to receive the building permit in the fall of this year. Completion is planned for winter 2018\/19. The sale of the apartments will start in October 2016.
