The plans for the hotel were drawn up by Carlos Martinez Architekten from Berneck. Construction is scheduled to start this year, with the opening planned for the 2017\/18 winter season.<\/p>\n<p>The investment volume for the project entitled \"Yolo\" is expected to be CHF 14 million. Fortimo AG has already realized the Priv\u00e0 Alpine Lodge and the Canols staff house in Lenzerheide. Further new houses under the \"Priv\u00e0\" and \"Yolo\" brands are also in preparation.
