Space is also planned for commercial and service businesses, the post office and a cr\u00e8che<\/p>\n<p>According to current plans, access to the new center development will be from Landstrasse directly into a two-storey underground car park with around 300 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Immoville anticipates an investment volume of CHF 90 million for the entire development. Discussions are already underway with potential investors and hotel operators. However, a legally binding building permit must be obtained before any contracts can be signed.<\/p>\n<p>The Klosters municipal council and the electorate must now decide on a corresponding zoning plan amendment. A referendum is expected to be held in the second half of 2016. The vote includes the partial revision of the local planning, the sale of municipal land to the project developer and the acquisition of 230 of the 300 parking spaces by the municipality.
