In addition to the construction and sale of residential property, the Fortimo Group builds apartments in order to hold and rent them in its own portfolio. The focus is on German-speaking Switzerland. For the next few years, Fortimo has more than 30 connected projects in twelve cantons with a total volume of more than CHF 900 million in the pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Fortimo is diversifying and expanding in the tourism real estate sector and recently also in the \"Health&amp;Care\" sector: Since the beginning of 2016, the company has been the sponsor of the Bad S\u00e4ntisblick AG retirement and nursing home.
