The SF Commercial Properties Fund buys a commercial property in St. Gallen (Image: pressmaster - depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The property, which the real estate fund acquired on 1 May, is located in the commercial area in the immediate vicinity of the Shopping Arena St. Gallen and the A1 motorway exit St. Gallen-Winkeln.<\/p>\n

The overall tenant for a fixed term of ten years is Belcolor AG Flooring, which uses the property as its headquarters with logistics centre, showroom, workshop and office. Under a triple-net lease agreement, the tenant bears all costs for operation as well as for repairs and maintenance work, according to the SF Commercial Properties Fund. The fund puts the market value of the property at CHF 16.1 million; the leasable area is 8,872 sqm.<\/p>\n

With the transaction, the total portfolio value of the SF Commercial Properties Fund reportedly increases to CHF 322.9 million. The WAULT of the portfolio is now six years and the vacancy rate is reduced by around one percentage point. (ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
