On a plot of land directly adjacent to the Lancy-Pont-Rouge train station, Swiss Prime Site Immobilien is developing a building with 15 upper floors and three levels of underground parking. According to the company, the approximately 30,000 sqm of office and commercial space is designed according to the \"Modern Work\" insights. Marketing of the space has begun, and some leases, including one with a co-working provider, have already been signed, it said.
