As one of the various landowners involved, Plazza owns a plot of land with an area of 17,518 sqm at Althardstrasse 5 + 9.<\/p>\n<p>A study commission with five planning teams was carried out for the site, and the jury unanimously decided in favor of the project by Michael Meier Marius Hug Architekten and recommended it for further development. The project is now to be optimized and then form the basis for the design plan. According to Plazza, construction is not expected to begin before 2024.
