The complex was built between 1965 and 1970 according to the plans of the architects Rolf Keller and Fritz Schwarz. It comprises 32 hotel rooms, two restaurants and banquet and congress facilities of more than 700 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>As the municipal council plans, the basic concept should not be changed. However, the future operator could change the weighting between restaurant, hotel and congress center. According to media reports, the municipality does not yet have a potential building lease holder. For the time being, the vote is only a decision in principle.
