The project in Pont-Rouge meets CPEG's criteria exactly, both in terms of accessibility and the construction method, which takes into account the principles of sustainable development with Minergie standards and connection to a district heating network.<\/p>\n<p>The Esplanade project in the heart of the city of Geneva, in Lancy, is a new business centre. The new Esplanade 3 building - one of a total of four buildings in the project - includes a hotel in addition to retail space and offices; all in all, over 30,000 sqm of rental space.<\/p>\n<p>According to m3 Groupe, the developer of the ambitious large-scale project, the aim is to create \"a lively centre\". For example, a variety of local services are planned to make it easier for those working in the Esplanade to balance their professional and private lives.<\/p>\n<p>The complex will consist of a common base and two \"emblematic high-rise buildings\" of 13 and 15 storeys, from which there will be an unobstructed view of the Geneva basin. Thanks to the new L\u00e9man Express, the Pont-Rouge district has excellent transport links. It takes just five minutes to reach the city centre and around fifteen minutes to reach Geneva International Airport; there are also two tram lines and a connection to the motorway.<\/p>\n<p>The Esplanade 3 was designed by the architectural firm RDR Architectes and is being realized by the Halter Group. \"The project is inspired by the architecture of the existing buildings, but at the same time stands out and has its own identity thanks to the increased use of glass,\" says Abdallah Chatila, founder and president of m3 Groupe.
