At this year's General Meeting of Naef & Partner AG, the shareholders elected three additional members to the Board of Directors: In addition to the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ueli Wampfler, the Board now includes Felix Hegetschweiler as Vice Chairman, Marcel Scherrer and Martin Sohm. Together with founding partners David Naef, Roger Ricklin and Matthias Alber, they form the strategic management body of Naef & Partner.<\/p>\n

Ueli Wampfler has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since the company was founded; he has been active in the fiduciary and real estate industry for a good 50 years. He began his career at Schweizerische Treuhandgesellschaft, followed by positions at STG Coopers & Lybrand and STG Schweizerische Treuhandgesellschaft. In 2004 he founded Wampfler & Partner AG. Wampfler sits on several boards of directors and holds a substantial real estate portfolio with his Swisa Holding.<\/p>\n

Felix Hegetschweiler initially worked for G\u00f6hner Merkur, then spent several years at Halter Generalunternehmung and moved to HRS Real Estate, where he worked for ten years, most recently as co-owner and COO. In 2011, he returned to Halter and led the overall services division and the renovations division, which was founded later. Hegetschwiler will leave Halter at the end of 2020. According to a statement from Naef & Partner, he then intends to focus on further expanding his holdings and partnerships in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

Marcel Scherrer was a partner at W\u00fcest Partner for around 20 years, where he supported private and institutional clients in building up and maintaining real estate portfolios. At the beginning of this year, he set up his own business.<\/p>\n

Construction and real estate lawyer Martin Sohm is a partner and co-owner of the law firm Reetz Sohm Rechtsanw\u00e4lte in K\u00fcsnacht. Before founding his own firm in 2013, he was a partner at Wenger Plattner Attorneys at Law.<\/p>\n
