At Bergstrasse 5 in Unterengstringen, a project of the Belano Zuhause concept is to be built on the site of the old vicarage. The development will be built according to LEA Label Gold and will comprise 26 barrier-free 1.5-, 2.5- and 3.5-room apartments. In addition, there will be common areas such as a cafeteria, a studio and a fitness room, as well as a reception that will arrange services and medical or nursing assistance. Because of the additional construction under this concept, rental rates are slightly higher than those of normal new construction rental apartments in the region, according to the Belano Group.<\/p>\n

According to the company, the building application will be submitted in June 2020, the building permit is expected in the fall of 2020, and construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2021. Occupation of the apartments is targeted for fall 2022, with initial leasing to start in summer 2021.<\/p>\n

Belano-Zuhause concept buildings are in operation in Berikon AG and Gr\u00fcningen ZH, and one is under construction in Ostermundigen. Projects are under development in Aarberg BE, Balsthal SO, Langanu i.E. BE, Uzwil SG and Wohlen AG. (ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
