The first two locations of the \"Stay Koook\" brand will open in 2020 in Bern-Wankdorf and 2021 in Nuremberg. The next two properties will be in downtown Bern and Leipzig, SV Hotel says.<\/p>\n

In downtown Bern, the hotel group plans to renovate and modernize two historic buildings, in some cases retaining historic wall paneling, radiators and parquet flooring. A total of 85 rooms are planned, as well as a roof terrace accessible exclusively to residents. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2022.<\/p>\n

In Leipzig, SV Hotel wants to build a new building directly next to the Schauspielhaus and set up 64 studios, the majority with balconies, and 70 rooms there. This opening is also planned for 2022.<\/p>\n

The concept of \"Stay Koook\" includes fully equipped studios for medium and longer stays and new rooms equipped with smart home technology. Common areas include a dining room with kitchen that can also be used as a coworking, workshop or meeting space, a living room, a loggia and a game room.<\/p>\n

SV Hotel is part of the SV Group and operates the Marriott brands Courtyard, Residence Inn, Renaissance and Moxy in Switzerland and Germany as a franchisee. The portfolio also includes La Pergola in Bern and Amaris in Olten. Nine hotel projects are currently in the planning stage; in Switzerland, these include a Moxy hotel in Bern and the two Stay Kooook properties in Bern-Wankdorf and Bern city center.
