The subscription price is CHF 182.00\/unit, comprising the net asset value (after distribution), the accrued income, the issue commission and the ancillary costs provided for in the fund contract. The issue therefore has a volume of up to CHF 36.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>The subscription period runs between April 27 and May 8, 2020; existing shareholders can acquire new shares in the real estate fund on the basis of their subscription rights - 23 existing shares entitle them to acquire one new share.
