Acron Helvetia I previously held two investment properties: Since December 2007, the company has held an office and logistics property in Buchs (ZH), and on January 1, 2009, it merged with S\u00fcdpark Zuchwilerstrasse Immobilien AG. This added the second investment property, the S\u00fcdpark Solothurn office property.<\/p>\n

Acron Helvetia I has now disposed of this property. The sale of the property, which was approved by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting on February 18, 2020, was completed on March 27, the company says.
