It has ten three-room apartments and one five-room apartment on the attic floor.<\/p>\n<p>In view of the excellent location and the standard, the rents are well below the market level, but the municipal council also writes that it is not appropriate to classify the apartments in the \"affordable housing with rental criteria\" (G\u00fcWR) rental segment at present due to the standard of the apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase will be processed via the city's CHF 60 million framework credit for the purchase of residential properties, which was approved by Bern's voters in May 2019.
