Private clients invested more in both new construction (+2.3%) and remodeling (+4.6%). Public clients increased their investments in remodeling projects (+9.5%), but invested less in new construction projects (-0.9%).<\/p>\n<p>Investments in building construction projects increased by 3.1 percent year-on-year. Investments in civil engineering projects increased by 4.5 percent year-on-year. Private clients increased investment in both building construction (+2.7%) and civil engineering (+7.5%). Public clients also invested more in building construction (+5.1%) and civil engineering projects (+3.8%), the FSO writes.
