This corresponds to a success rate of 23.70%.<\/p>\n<p>With the 357,000 registered shares of category A and the 5 million registered shares of category B already held by the Holding, the Holding currently holds 75.52% of the voting rights and 43.00% of the share capital in BFW Liegenschaften.<\/p>\n<p>BFW Holding waives the condition regarding the minimum tender ratio, BFW Liegenschaften announces. Subject to the offer conditions of the prospectus being fulfilled, the holding company hereby declares the offer to have been made. Upon completion of the offer, the real estate company shall be fully privatized and delisted from the stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The additional acceptance period of ten trading days for public shareholders of BFW Liegenschaften to accept the offer will begin on January 27, 2020.
