According to SPG Intercity Zurich, the real estate company Helvetica Property has leased a floor with 400 sqm at Brandschenkestrasse 47 and is expected to move into the space in April 2020. Until now, the company was located at Gartenstrasse 23.<\/p>\n

With this latest letting, the property is now almost fully let, SPG Intercity Zurich added. The refurbished office building, which was formerly used entirely by SIX, is located in Zurich's Kreis 2 district. A total of around 2,000 sqm of space was available for lease, of which just under 1,500 sqm has now been let - to various financial institutions and a food company.
