The development also includes a two-story commercial building with a Migros supermarket of around 1,000 square meters, a Denner store and other service areas.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 58 apartments are to be built in the two residential buildings, 30 of which will be condominiums. According to Migros Aare, they will have 3.5 and 4.5 rooms and an area of 80 to 125 square meters. The development also includes a parking garage with 60 public and 56 private parking spaces as well as 26 above-ground car and 282 bicycle parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Preparatory work and excavation for the project began in mid-September.
