The focus of the residential development is on offering housing for students, but there will also be living space for families and senior citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Areas for innovative forms of housing are also planned, as well as service companies and restaurants. Around 280 people are expected to live on the Stadts\u00e4ge site one day. Previs wants to engage an operator for the student apartments who will take over the renting, cleaning and furnishing of the residential units.<\/p>\n<p>The Citizens' Council has announced that it will draw up a building lease agreement with Previs Vorsorge. The citizens' meeting on 9 December 2019 still has to approve the deal. If everything goes smoothly, the development will be completed by the end of 2023.
