Total expenses, on the other hand, fell by 4% to 14.71 million. Net income increased by 16.6% to 7.7 million. Rental income increased byTP3k 7.41 million to 21.9 million.<\/p>\n<p>As at December 31, 2018, the net asset value (NAV) was CHF 129.55 per unit (previous year: CHF 127.05); a dividend of CHF 3.13 per unit was distributed. The distribution yield was therefore 2.29% (previous year: 2.16%).<\/p>\n<p>The debt ratio of Polymen Fonds Immobilier amounted toTP3k 25.301, compared withTP3k 23.411 in the previous year. The operating profit margin (EBIT) fell slightly from kEUR 62.001 to kEUR 61.971. The rental loss rate increased from 3.34% to 3.74%.
