The aim is to achieve adequate development of all properties on the basis of a private land reallocation and development agreement and a staged renovation of the buildings as part of a site development.<\/p>\n<p>The residential development on the site was built in the 1950s as a garden city estate. With the present draft of the private design plan, the qualities and identities of the garden city settlement are to be preserved and continued in a condensed form, according to the city of Zurich. In addition, it will be ensured that social infrastructures such as kindergartens and community rooms are built and that structural requirements for commercial uses are also made possible.
