The company is thus expected to hold over 90 percent of the company's shares by the end of November.<\/p>\n<p>At an extraordinary general meeting of DREI on December 9, 2015, the Board of Directors is to be newly appointed. The CEO and CFO of Mobimo, Christoph Caviezel and Manuel Itten, are to be elected to the Board of Directors. The previous four board members Alain Dum\u00e9nil, Michel R\u00e9thoret, Stefano Cervone and Patrick Engler have resigned from the board. The fifth acting member of the Board of Directors of DREI, Roland V\u00f6gele, will continue to represent the concerns of the minority shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>The operational team of DREI will remain in Geneva and will be managed by the Mobimo branch in Lausanne.
