Like The Covenant<\/em> reported,<\/a> the Artisa Group wants to turn the currently vacant former EY location at Schwarztorstrasse 40 into a building with 173 micro apartments. In addition to the small apartments, which are aimed at tenants who will only be living in Bern for a few months, a bar with lounge and other meeting places will also be created in the building. Furthermore, services such as cleaning and laundry services or internal car and bike sharing will be offered.<\/p>\n

The micro-apartments in the former EY building are not intended to be luxury apartments, but will also be accessible to the middle class, the newspaper article continues.
