Just before the border with France, in the immediate vicinity of a family garden area and opposite the Waldighoferstrasse streetcar stop, 125 apartments will be built in a residential complex of twelve apartment buildings, and a parking garage with 50 spaces is also planned. The Alte Zollhaus is to be used for semi-public purposes in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The Sonnenf\u00e4nger project by Nord GmbH Architekten emerged as the winner from a competition process for the new building. The building application has now been submitted, the government council added.
