Both companies are among the renowned providers in Baden for the construction and renovation as well as maintenance and servicing of technical building systems. Cofely (formerly Sulzer Infra) also offers services in building automation, energy optimization, and facility management.<\/p>\n

The handling of building technology services will be concentrated at the current location of Otto Halter AG in Baden-D\u00e4ttwil. The Cofely site in the center of Baden on R\u00fctistrasse will continue to be used by Cofely for other activities. The management of the Baden site will be taken over by the current managing director and owner of Otto Halter AG, Peter Huber. All Otto Halter and Cofely employees will continue to work at the Baden site.<\/p>\n
