The Moxy in the Quartier du Flon in Lausanne (Visualization: Localarchitecture)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Moxy Hotel will open on Rue de la Vigie in the Flon district of Lausanne. On a total area of 3,500 sqm, 113 rooms will be created. The hotel is operated by SV Hotels, which also manages the Moxy in Bern, which is scheduled to open in early 2020. Halter is the general contractor for the project; the land owner is Mobimo, which also owns the entire Flon district.<\/p>\n

The district is largely car-free, covers 55,000 square meters and offers many stores as well as a variety of leisure, cultural and gastronomic activities.<\/p>\n
