The residential units in the Winty have 1.5, 2.5 or 3.5 rooms as well as a balcony or terrace and are aimed in particular at singles and couples.<\/p>\n<p>The superstructure was designed by KilgaPopp Architekten from Winterthur; characteristic are the glazings on the south side, while the building is stepped to the north. On the eastern side is an access road and to the west the connection to the station square.<\/p>\n<p>The shell is to be completed by the end of April, followed by the interior work and the construction of the building envelope, according to a statement from Halter.
