The 180-square-meter Smart Living Loft will serve as a meeting place and be the leading platform for connected living, Bonacasa announces. Bonacasa wants to work with partners to develop solutions that sustainably improve living. These partners are represented in the Smart Living Loft and present their innovations there.<\/p>\n

Connected living with a better quality of life is a cross-generational need that is increasing year by year in Switzerland. Drivers are social megatrends and technological developments that create new needs among tenants and apartment owners, Bonacasa adds. Examples cited include threshold-free bathrooms, showers with energy recovery, 24\/7 emergency call, intelligent parcel acceptance systems and comprehensive communication systems.<\/p>\n
