First he was Development Project Manager and since 2013 Head of Transactions in Switzerland. As Country Head, Widl will be responsible for all asset management and project development in Switzerland as well as leading the Swiss team. Before joining Axa IM Real Assets, Widl was Development Manager Real Estate CEE at project developer Strabag Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Ernst Schaufelberger, Widl's predecessor as Country Head Switzerland, had been with Axa IM Real Assets since 2005.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of asset value, Switzerland is Axa Real Assets' second-largest market, with assets under management here totaling around CHF 15 billion. In addition, the Swiss branch is a competence center for residential real estate and real estate development, Axa IM Real Assets further informs.
