According to Plazza, 95 percent of the apartments, which are in the mid-price segment, have already been let and are now being occupied on a staggered basis. Letting the commercial and service spaces is more complex and has not yet been completed. However, according to the company, these areas only account for six percent of the total target rental income.<\/p>\n<p>Once this development project has been completed, Plazza expects a significant increase in its property income. From today's perspective, the property has a rental income potential of around CHF 6.6 million per year, according to Plazza.
